Carroll's Building Materials

I had the 3/4 inch shell delivered the product was great and on time and initially i was felt that the delivery fee was a little high, but the driver Jonathan went above and beyond. Instead of just dumping the product in the street or all in one pile he suggested that he could do multiple piles exactly where I needed it. Doing this required a little more time and work from him but saved me hours of labor, well worth the delivery cost

I had an excellent experience at Carroll’s Building Materials thanks to Jean in the warehouse. I came in unsure about which flagstone rocks I wanted, and he made the entire process incredibly easy and stress-free. Jean took the time to answer all my questions, explain the differences between the materials, and help me figure out exactly what would work best for my project. What really stood out was his customer service. He was patient, knowledgeable, professional, and genuinely helpful from start to finish. It’s rare to come across someone who cares that much about making sure customers leave confident and satisfied. Honestly, Jean’s people skills and product knowledge are so strong that he deserves a promotion and should absolutely be working in sales rather than the warehouse. He would be a huge asset in that department because he knows how to connect with customers and guide them in the right direction. Five-star service all around — Carroll’s is lucky to have him!

Wow!! I just got a BIG delivery of shell! The driver and delivery expert was Jonathan. He was outstanding, professional, courteous, and an exemplary employee. He went out of his way to make sure that the HUGE delivery placement was PERFECT! He offered some other great landscaping suggestions and I will be back to CARROLLS to get more supplies! He is the best! Thank you, Jonathan and thank you, CARROLLS!

Brian and his Concrete division really came through for us and delivered .We did close to 300 yards of concrete in a single pour. He and his dedicated and professional team hit it out of the park. They brought in every concrete truck , pump available and manpower to get the job done within a few short hours. Will definitely be using Carol’s building materials again for our next project

Thanks, Kenneth, for recommending Team Tolson to replace all the shell in my front yard and do my landscape work. The team was professional, courteous, and did exactly what my yard needed. I am grateful I went to Carroll’s for a recommendation.
